When you arrive at ACSME registration desk on Wednesday, 2 October (Abercrombie Building, University of Sydney), you will be directed to the area where posters will be displayed, and given Velcro dots to attach your own poster, within the area designated for each conference theme (1-6).

Posters should be displayed from 9.00am on Wednesday, 2 October, and will need to be removed by 4.00pm on Thursday, 3 October.

The official poster session will be held at 3:30-5:00pm on day 1, with afternoon tea, so please be available near your poster to answer questions during this time. We are also encouraging delegates to interact with the posters during lunch on day 2 of the conference.
