ACSME 2020 submissions extended

Dear Colleagues,

ACSME 2020 is still happening, despite the pandemic. It will be delivered online on September 30 to October 2, with the usual format of two Conference Days followed by the Discipline Day. Registrations are now open.

We are preparing an exciting program under the theme A science education for uncertain times and we expect to have keynote speakers finalised soon. Keep an eye on the ACSME website.

So much has happened since our last conference. The rapid switch to remote teaching has highlighted new opportunities and also shortfalls of teaching science online. Many questions are now being asked. What worked? What didn’t? How do we evaluate new approaches? How do we assure the quality of our offerings? What will science education look like post pandemic?

How will you contribute to this discussion?   Submissions for oral and poster presentations, and for Discipline Day workshops have been extended to June 12 (abstracts only) and June 26 (full papers).  Submit online through the ACSME Submission portal.

We look forward to receiving your submission and to seeing you on the screen in September.
